Silver Bull dial samples

Dear Backers & Friends,
It always is hard to render a brushed silver color dial. Renders never do it justice. We knew. Many of the Bull Backers decided to follow their gut feeling. Below the production samples of the Silver Bull LE (still without lume). Yeah, we approved. ;-)
You still want this "Silver Bull", limited edition mechanically driven bullhead?

Dear Backers,
All well here at Stuckx HQ. Whilst the production peeps are still busy making Bull parts, we delivered the RocK models to their new homes. It marks a special moment, as sofar we have been a company showing samples and renders only (well, under Stuckx brand that is). So a good reason for a wide grin.
Rock Dusk
And what about Bull I hear you think....
Inevitably something had to be caught by our QC on incoming parts. I mean: that is the reason you do stuff like that. Check, double check...
The bezels that I showed a picture of recently appeared to be made with 90 clicks instead of 120. It was true that our samples had 90 clicks, but we ordered 120 clicks for production. The feel is much better with 120 clicks. So these are being done again as we speak.
Probably we will see more important parts appear next week. We lost some time that we will try to gain back but at the end we won't compromise on function and quality.
Now have a look at this huge pile of straps that was delivered from Germany this morning:
Bull straps
Now imagine me having to attach most of these to incoming watches and feel my mental pain...No matter how often you do it, mounting a strap always is a pain in the b$tt. Especially if it will be hundreds in just a short time. Mmm, I definitely need to see if my daughters can be forced into helping out here.....with their little girlie fingers ;-)
For now we already wish you good holidays and a very bullish 2016! We will keep you informed!

Ne-88 Automatic movement

A request was made to show the NE-88 again. I am rather sure I shared this before on FaceBook, Instagram, Twitter or all :-)
The movement is amazing. Made in the Japan factory of Seiko. The column wheel and vertical clutch combined with years of horological achievement make
it a perfect choice. Above that all, the Seiko team has been a great support to us throughout several projects. Fantastic people to do business with.

Dear Backers,
We are in the middle of QC and packing preparation for our Rock model that is trickling in now, so I will keep this brief.
Attached you will find pics of some hands and (very sexy) a picture of how NE-88 movements arrive with us from Japan. The whole process ia a bit like building a car. There are many parts and at the end you have the marriage between chassis/body and engine. Case, dial and movement.
Our production people are very busy preparing final stages and we will show more updates as soon as possible.
With kind regards,
Stephan Stuckx Watches
You wanted to see parts?

Dear Backers,
Well here you go, the day after being reminded to post more updates...
Look at those ugly parts. ;-) Bull case and bezel parts. Part of me doesn't want to show this. Covered in grime, unfinished.
At the other side it shows how many steps are required to make them look as Awesome as the final product.
More pictures will arrive and I will feed most of it to you unfiltered.
